What's happening in Div. 14????
From time to time I will post a general update about what students are learning about in class and when we embark in more in depth projects and assignments I will be sure to post the details of these as well.
Weekly schedule:
Library exchange - Tuesday at 11:30
Computers - Tuesday at 9:15
P.E. with M Tremblay - Wednesday and Thursday
Dictee - Thursday
We also have Math quizzes at the end of the week to review concepts being covered. Both dictee test and math quiz results are written in the student's planner. In Math, we are currently reviewing number sense concepts such as place value and learning about estimation strategies. We are also doing a Roald Dahl author study in English and students have been assigned a particular book to read and are required to do regular reading responses in their duo tangs.
