The One and Only Ivan - Book Review
Write a 3-5 paragraph book review on Word for the back of your book jacket final project using the following ideas for your framework:
Intro - The Top Bun
Introduce the novel you are reviewing by writing about the Exposition. Who is the main character? Where is the setting? What is your general opinion about the book.
Middle - The Good Stuff (This could be one or several paragraphs)
Give all the juicy details about your thoughts and opinions about the novel study. Who is your favourite character and why? What was your favourite part? Explain. What feelings did you have while reading certain parts? What techniques did you learn about writing?
Conclusion - The Bottom Bun
Wrap it all up with a rating and recommendation. Give it a score out of 10 or how many stars would you give it out of 5? Would you recommend this to other classes for a novel study? Would you read it on your own? Will you read other books by this author? What are you going to read next on your reading journey?
