Crepes and Candy Grams

Crepes We are excited to have the Food Truck - Créperie La Bohème come to Laity View on Tuesday, February 2 from 11:00-12:30. Students in grade 4-7 will have the chance to order crepes in french from the food truck. We ask that students bring in exact cash if they are interested in ordering from the following menu: La classique au sucre et beurre (sugar and butter) - 3$ Confiture (jam) - 4$ Sirop d'érable  (maple syrup) - 4$ Bon appétit! Candy Grams For Valentine's Day fundraiser to support Gr. 7 English CEVEC exchange.  On sale at RECESS and LUNCH (in front of the Library) for Thursday Feb. 4th Tuesday Feb. 9th Wednesday Feb. 10th * Candy Grams will be delivered to each class on Friday Feb. 12th $1 for 1 Candy Gram   or $2 for 3 Candy Grams

FRIENDS PROGRAM

Today Ms. Wood, the school councillor, visited our class to help facilitate the FRIENDS Program, an anxiety prevention and resiliency building program for grade 4/5 students. She will be visiting our class everything Thursday afternoon for the following 10 weeks. With this program students are given an Activity Book with "Home Activities" that are required to complete as a family. Please have these activities completed for the following week's session.

DEPARTURE:
PLEASE MEET AT THE SCHOOL AT 7:45 AM SHARP. WE WILL THEN PROCEED TO WALK DOWN TO CHURCH TO MEET BUSES AND DEPART FROM THAT LOCATION AT 8:10 AM.

ARRIVAL:
WE ARE EXPECTED TO RETURN FOR 3:30 PM FOR PICK UP AT LAITY VIEW.
