Year End Activity

On Friday, June 12^th our class will be walking over to the Dumore`s (Madison`s house) located on 124^th Avenue for a class year end lunch. We will walk over as a group and be leaving the school at 11:00 am and return for 2:20 dismissal.

Field Trip

Canoeing/Kayaking Field Trip to Whonnock Lake

MONDAY, MAY 25th - All day

COST: $15.00

CANOEKAYAK BC FORM: This form will be sent home and must be returned to be able to participate on this field trip. ALL PADDLERS must complete and return this form.

Field trip is posted on the Portal

We require PARENT VOLUNTEER DRIVERS for transportation to and from this field trip.
Parents have the option to stay and participate for a fee of $20 or to just drop off and pick up students. Please let me know if you can help drive. Thank you!

Science Project

Students are working in class on an Extreme Environment project for Science.
Projects will be due on Thursday, May 28th, 2015

There are 2 components:
1. Written: designing an informative travel  brochure outlining their extreme adventure
2. Visual: a diorama (or other visual component) that displays features and characteristics of their extreme environment
